Method X has been created to take your dancing or elite level training to the next level. Improve your strength for adage, pirouettes & allegro, improve core stability, increase your flexibility, prevent or recover from injury. Method X can take your performance potential to new heights. Our studio has been designed to take you from a gym to a dance studio in the one space!
- One on One personal training
One on one training with Director and Coach Rebecca Hall will be the key to your success as an aspiring dancer & elite athlete. Your first session will involve a physical assessment, following this a personalised program will be designed for you at Method X. Typically this begins with a 12 week program. You will also receive personalised home programs that will regularly be updated to ensure you are reaching your goals and making progress.
- Small group training
Small group training means you can find 1 – 3 of your dance friends and have fun at the same time as improving your strength, core stability, flexibility and taking your dancing to the next level. This is a cost effective way, however less specialised with each session having an overall focus to improve the small group as a whole. You will still receive individual corrections and exercises.
- Contemporary & ballet technique coaching & choreographing
With Rebecca’s wealth of knowledge and experience from her ballet, contemporary and commercial dance career she continues to teach technique and choreograph solos and group pieces. If you would like specialised coaching and/or contemporary choreography, Rebecca is available. Technique coaching can be requested as part of your one on one personal training or as a separate session.
