These Network sessions are designed to see you as an individual or as like-bodied athletes develop your own skills, reach your own individual goals & manage a personalised program that will be designed for you to carry out each week under the guidance of your Method X coach. Consistency is key to your health & fitness journey; without becoming accountable & maintaining a structured program you won’t see optimum results. This is something that we value as coaches at MX & we endeavour to help each of you above & beyond always.
